About Our Bakery
I’m Joanne and baking is in my blood. My Dad sparked my interest with his amazing pink fairy cakes and gorgeous scones.
He taught me the basics before I trained as a chef on leaving school. I started Daisy Bakery in 2011 with my husband Ray, who looks after the business admin.
We make our own cakes, brownies, blondies, biscuits, cookies and savouries including lovely, frosted celebration cakes.
Afternoon tea – a tasty selection of savouries, cakes and scones. Ideal with a lovely cuppa (or two). From £7.50 for one, £15 for two.
Cheesecakes - delicious exclusive recipe cheesecakes make with rich cream cheese. Great for family dinners and celebrations from £22.
Sandwich cakes – soft and fluffy cakes finished with yummy frosting from £30.
Cupcakes – made to wholesale order so if you’ve got a theme or colour in mind let us know.
